Enjoy some of my favorite images for Nick and Erin's wedding on a beautiful May day at River Winds Farm in Saco.
They'd been planning for a couple of years for their event ( thanks COVID!) and were finally able to have the wedding of their dreams surrounded by friends and family.
Riverwinds is a really unique venue offering getting-ready space for both the men and women as well as an outdoor ceremony location and barn for the reception.
I love a father-daughter first look- the tears and emotions are so moving. As a mother, these moments along with the first dances really pull on my heart strings.
I also love when other family members get a first glimpse of the bride and are some of my favorite moments to capture because you can't stage it. The smiles and tears are often a surprise to everyone and that's magical to photograph.
The guys spent their time getting ready in the man cave and my associate shooter, Vanessa Falcone capture them "preparing" for the big day with a nice assortment of beer- ha!
Erin and Nick opted to write each other notes instead of a first look, a sweet touch.
The timing was just right for May. The weather was warm and sunny and the leaves has just popped on the trees.
With the ceremony behind them, guests headed off for cocktails and apps while we stayed behind for formals. Here are just a few of their gorgeous details!

At last it was just the couple and our cameras.
First dances and more sweet tears before tears, speeches, cake, and dancing the night away!.
