I met Emily & Dave at Emily's brother's wedding. They excitedly told me about their own upcoming wedding and soon contacted me to photograph their big day.
They have a large group of family and friends but neither Emily nor Dave wanted a formal ceremony with a huge crowd so they decided to compromise. They held an intimate ceremony at their parents home with just their closest friends and family and hosted a large reception right afterwards down the road at the Falmouth Country Club.
An arbor and two flowering potted trees made a perfect backdrop for the ceremony.
I turned around to catch the mothers dancing after the vows were said!
After a champagne toast I took the couple aside for some quick portraits, right in the backyard!
A quick shot of fireball and these two were ready to party at their nearby reception.
Before I left for the evening we slipped away to grab some golden light photos just before sunset along the golf course.
